Production body shops live and die on cycle time. Panels come off the line in a mix of steel, aluminum, and flexible plastic, and every one of them has to take paint the same day. Prep-All pulls the wax and grease, Bulldog gives the plastic and pre-painted metal something to hold onto, and Naked Gun keeps the guns spraying an even pattern job after job.
Restoration work usually starts by taking something off before anything goes on. Aircraft paint removers strip old coatings down to substrate on bodies, frames, and parts, including the layered repaints that sanding alone will not get through.
Fleet and equipment shops repaint on their own schedule and in their own space, often without a dedicated booth. The same line works there: clean the surface properly, promote adhesion on the plastics and previously coated metal, and keep the spray equipment maintained so the next unit does not wait on a clogged gun.
Maintenance painting outside the automotive bay leans on the same fundamentals and the same chemistry. The solvent line covers thinning and cleanup for industrial maintenance coatings and lacquers, with compliant formulations available where regulations require them.
Regulations
Several products in the line come in both standard and compliant formulations so a shop can spec the right version for its state. Check the product page and the safety data sheet before ordering, and note that a few items are not sold in every state.
